Jennifer Evans is an Iowa native who began her personal Pilates journey in 2001 as a way to cross-train from running and heavy weight lifting. Inspired by the effectiveness of the method, she earned her certification as a STOTT Pilates instructor in Matwork and Reformer. Jen has a BS in Exercise Science and over 30 hours of graduate coursework in Exercise Physiology, Nutrition and Health. She is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist; the American Council on Exercise as both a Group Fitness Instructor and a Medical Exercise Specialist; BarreAmped and Barre Intensity as a Barre Instructor, and is a 200-HR CYT Power Vinyasa yoga instructor. Drawing on her years of instructing Barre and Pilates, Jen developed and taught a beginning training program for future Barre instructors in 2021. Teaching with the philosophy of “build your strength from the inside-out," Jen will push you to release your mental blocks, find your inner warrior, and have fun while doing it!

Beth Pluemer is committed to sharing her passion for health and fitness with the Iowa community and has been training people of various ages, backgrounds and physical abilities for the past 14 years. In addition to being a certified STOTT Pilates mat and Reformer instructor, group fitness instructor, water aerobics instructor and spin instructor, she is the owner and head personal trainer of BePureFit Training. Beth holds a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Northern Iowa. Beth is a proud momma of two beautiful children. When she isn't spending time with her kiddos or teaching, you can find her trying new workouts, hiking, paddle boarding, or doing yoga and Pilates. Beth loves creating a full body workout class atmosphere that is challenging, open to all abilities, adaptable, full of energy and enjoyable.

Frankie Schneckloth is a STOTT Pilates and Stability Barre trained instructor. Over the last fifteen years, she has taught a variety of classes to people all abilities in the Iowa City area and she values the connection created when clients move and learn about their bodies together. Whether it's Pilates or yoga, a morning walk or bike ride, daily movement is a grounding force in her life.

Beatriz Cochran is a native of Mexico who has been instructing different methods of exercise for the last 30 years. She has several certifications in cycling, cardio, barre, and Pilates. She is Mat Pilates certified through Polestar Pilates and Beatriz has been teaching at Nolte for the past year; she finds joy working with people of all ages and levels. Beatriz currently teaches one to two times per week, subs for classes, and continues to deepen her personal practice at The BodyLab.

Geri Albrecht is a certified Pilates instructor, NASM‑CPT personal trainer, Certified Barre Intensity instructor, and 200‑Hour Certified Yoga Teacher and is passionate about helping people feel strong, aligned, and deeply connected to their bodies — and to discover that movement can be both empowering and fun. Geri's teaching style blends mindful Pilates principles, functional strength training, and the grounding breathwork and body awareness of yoga. She designs sessions that help every client feel stronger, move better, and show up for themselves with consistency and confidence.
