Class will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted. Clients will not be admitted into class if late. If a class is still in session when you arrive, please wait outside, or use the main Nolte entrance to enter the building and use our interior door to enter the classroom.

• No food or gum is allowed in The BodyLab.
• Clients will not use any equipment without the permission or supervision of the instructor.
• Clients will clean the equipment you used after class.
• No street shoes are allowed past the entrance of the studio space. All personal items will be left by the entrance.
• Grip socks are recommended and allowed, but regular socks without grips are not.
• The Bodylab is a fragrance-free studio.
Introductory Offer (one time purchase, new clients only)
$60 for any five classes. Must be used within 21 days. Classes can be a combination of large and equipment classes. Intro class can be purchased as a single class for an additional $10.
Cancellation/No-Show
In order to ensure that our clients have full access to available classes, all cancellations must be made one (1) hour before large group classes and two (2) hours prior to the start of equipment classes through the Mindbody system. Client will forfeit the class which will be deducted from their package.
Payment
All class purchases will expire 1 year from purchase date. Introductory specials are a one-time offer for new clients. All sales are final. If you have questions about the packages, please inquire prior to purchase.
Attire
Ideally tighter fitting exercise clothing that allows for full range of motion is best. Avoid wearing bulky clothing with zippers and buttons that may damage equipment. Pilates can be practiced in bare feet or with grippy socks.
Age
The minimum age to attend a class in The BodyLab is 16 years old. For all clients under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign the intake and waiver form.
Inclement Weather
The BodyLab, in conjunction with Nolte Companies, will decide by one (1) hour prior to the beginning of class if the studio will close due to inclement weather. Closing information will be posted on The BodyLab’s Instagram and Facebook pages, and canceled classes will be changed on the Mindbody platform. If class is canceled, the cost of the class will be refunded or added back to your package.

The CDC currently designates the Johnson County COVID-19 Community Level as Low. At this time, masks are optional in The BodyLab space.
Cleaning Protocols
All clients will be instructed to clean the pieces of equipment used during class. You are welcome to bring your own Reformer loops if you own a set, and your own mat to a large group class. The BodyLab is professionally cleaned daily with sanitizing procedures.
In Good Health Verification
When you book an in-studio class, you are affirming that you are in good health and have not been in contact with anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Your participation in the studio is welcomed as long as you are healthy and observing our studio policies.
